# Multi-currency switcher

**Step 1:** From the admin dashboard, navigate to Multi Currency.

**Step 2:** At the tab General, click Enable the multi currency.

**Step 3:** Here you can choose to use fixed price and show the currency switcher under product price or not.

**Step 4:** At the Currency Options, you can select which currency is the default, add as many currencies as you want, and edit other settings.

**Step 5:** Move to the next tabs for further settings, you also have to enable Multi-currency at the Checkout page, select the payment methods for each currency.

**Step 6:** In the tab Design, you can customize the appearance of the Currency bar

**Step 7:** If you want to update the exchange rate automatically, go to tab Update.

**Step 8:** Don’t forget to click Save to finish your multi-currency settings.
